We made Pretzel deliveries to Bloom Naturally and Dog Gone Fuel this morning, and we also delivered 2 of each of the following to Bloom Naturally: Kipferl Cookies, Frosted Pumpkin Muffins, Welsh Cookies, Bran Muffins, Finnish Slice Cookies.

We’ll be at the Lewisburg Farmers Market tomorrow, with Finnish Slice Cookies, Welsh Cookies, Austrian Kipferl Cookies, Pumpkin Muffins, Apple Streusel Muffins, Molasses Bran Muffins, Pecan-Oat Bars, Apple Pie (made with a butter crust and delicious local apples), and our own handmade Glazed Donuts! Made with a flour blend of whole-grain prairie gold and organic spelt, enriched with butter, eggs, and milk, and fried in coconut oil, these donuts aren’t just wholesome… they may just be the ‘best donuts’* you’ll ever taste…

Elizabeth will be tending the Mountain Meadows stand next to our table (they have artisan cheeses, raw milk, yogurt, eggs, einkorn baked goods, maple syrup, etc) and while she’s there, she will be selling some of our remaining products from yesterday (donuts, almond flour chocolate chip cookies, frosted pumpkin muffins.)

Other Diehl’s stands will be open today, including the Soft Pretzel stand, and the bulk foods stand across from us (they carry Golden Milling Organic Spelt Flour, at a very good price. It’s the same local flour we use for many of our baked goods.)

We delivered eight Donuts (two with buttercream filling!) to Bloom Naturally this afternoon, along with several Apple Streusel Muffins (made with organic spelt flour and local apples,) and one frosted 4-pack of Pumpkin Muffins. (At time of delivery, there was still one Soft Pretzel left from yesterdays delivery.)

We’ll be at Diehl’s Farm Market tomorrow, 9 to 6, with fresh Donuts, Apple Streusel Muffins, Sand Tarts, and more.
