We’ll be at the Lewisburg Farmers Market tomorrow, with Welsh Cookies, Finnish Slice Cookies, Pumpkin Muffins, Apple Streusel Muffins, Molasses Bran Muffins, Almond-Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies, Almond-Honey Tea Cakes, and, as a special that we’ve never brought to Lewisburg before, our very own handmade, kettle-cooked Donuts! Inspired by the old time yeasted Donuts that were hearty enough to be an actual breakfast or harvest lunch, our glazed Donuts are made with a flour blend of whole-grain prairie gold and organic spelt flours, enriched with butter and eggs, and fried in coconut oil.
