Soft Pretzels

Our soft pretzels are nothing like the Auntie Anne style pretzels you’ll find at most local farm markets. Thick, chewy, and salty, they contain barley malt instead of sugar, and are boiled in an alkaline solution before baking, a classic old-world technique that is key in creating that true pretzel taste and texture (also known as ‘Philly style’.) Try them at the Lewisburg Farmers Market on Wednesdays, or at Dog Gone Good Fuel in Millville every Thursday!
