Made with a flour blend of Prairie Gold and Organic Spelt, our homemade, handmade donuts are fried in coconut oil, and although yeast raised, are not the airy confections we associate with yeasted donuts of today. These are the kind of donuts (rich with butter, eggs, and whole milk) that could make a delicious but hearty treat for a hardworking harvest crew.
