Windy Hill Kitchen LLC is a small, home-based business located in Mt. Pleasant Township, PA (established as a Limited Food Establishment April 6, 2023.)
We believe that natural, good-quality ingredients are not only better for you, but also, quite simply, taste better. We use non-GMO ingredients, unbleached flours, hormone-free dairy, local free-range eggs, aluminum-free baking powder, NO artificial flavorings, and NO hydrogenated vegetable oils.
The baked goods are made in a small, residential-style kitchen by one baker. So, our output is limited (but we also believe in quality over quantity.)
